Well, just so you all know some background on this story I'm about to tell you, I have two dogs at home with me, a shitshu named Teddy and a miniature pincher named Gigi. I usually am home alone with them, and even though they aren't my dogs, I end up babysitting them all of the time. They usually have to stay inside too, unless I feel like taking them for a walk, which most of the time I don't.
So, this morning, I decided that I would be nice and let them out into the back yard to run free for a little. The back yard is mostly fenced in, except for a tiny little space next to the garage. So I thought that I could just guard the open space and let them have a little fun for a while. But the minute I turned my back, and I'm serious, it was like, two seconds, Gigi goes sprinting out the opening into the front yard. I was so mad, and I knew that if I didn't get her at that second she would never come back. So, since Teddy is usually a really good dog and is very obedient I told him to stay, but do you think he listened? No. So there I was, wearing my blue fuzzy pajama pants and a sleeveless shirt, running down the street after these two dumb dogs. I did finally catch them, but it took a while, and now the dogs are both in their kennels because I'm steamed at them. That will teach them to run down the street when I'm trying to give them a nice feild trip.
